OK so I unlocked the cigar and the dying earth outfit but I can find the dying earth outfit and it still says the cigar is locked. And ideas?

Not really what I asked tho was it? The point is I spent unlock points on these items to improve MY gaming experience.

 

And if that's the case why do they even bother with improving graphics, just make the game and put the graphics in as quickly as possible, no matter how bad it looks and you can still play the game then.

Yep minimalistic graphics work quite well. just enough graphics to get your point across. a lot of the graphics race was caused by the whole console pc graphics wars but either way having a cigar or not having a cigar has nothing to do with graphics quality

says the guy who thinks no cigar is a graphics problem not a api problem between their store and game db. and didn't just contact ubisoft support in the first place.....

This is 2017, aesthetics are everything, especially on ubishit, who doesn't want to play AC to hunt down outfits you will be using while hunting for more outfits until you realize the game's shallow and pointless and quit it to never come back
