Problems with computer booting (it wont boot), never had problems before

So today something strange happened. Everything was fine last night with my pc no problems at all. Today I boot it up and nothing appears on the monitor in fact my monitor doesn't even turn on, by the way everything is spinning, cpu fans spinning, gpu fans spinning, case fans spinning, psu fans spinning. Furthermore I hear some ticking sounds its like that 1 beep that u hear when you start your system but this time its like with 10 times less noise and its beeping constantly. Nothing really beepy to be honest but i hear some soft ticks which are hard to explain. So yeah, by the way I don't think i heard any ticking the first time I started the pc but for sure i heard them the second and third time i started the pc. After 3 failures of starting the 4th time it worked, it wasn't normal booting though, it took a bit longer than usual and I heard 3 beeps on startup and I am only supposed to hear one. After that everything went back to normal the 5th, 6th and 7th time I booted up everything was normal and no problems at all. So now I am thinking what caused the issue and will it happen again. Since nothing appeared on the screen I don't think its a RAM or gpu issue, as far as i know the motherboard brand should appear on screen even if ram or gpu was the issue. At all times i booted up the computer had power so its not a psu issue, so my conclusion is it must be the motherboard.

After the first time the computer booted up I checked the voltage and temperatures of all components and they were perfectly normal.

By the way almost forgot to mention my pc is 2yrs and 8months old and never had problems of this sort.

So whats your take on this what could have caused the issue?
