Heres what I would do for 300

CPU: FX 6300 $50-60 on Ebay

MOBO: Any AM3 Motheboard there going pretty cheap right now $30-40
GPU: RX 460 from $70-85 this one from visiontek looks like a pretty good deal for a 4GB refurb

https://www.visiontek.com/refurbished/performance-graphics/radeon-rx460-overclocked-edition-4gb-gddr5-404-detail.html
RAM: 8 DDR3 Any kit you can get from ebay, but ddr3 prices are high right now $50-60
HDD: Most people have an old one lying around but if not you can get a WD Blue 320GB for$20 on amazon

https://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-Caviar-Desktop-Warranty/dp/B00VAT701W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1490228677&sr=8-1&keywords=320+gb+hard+drive

PSU: EVGA 430w 80+  $35 on Newegg, I never buy used PSU too many sketchy looking ones and past experiences have just lead me to buying new ones

Case: depends on which size mobo you get but nothing more than a cheap $25-30 bucks case from newegg

Total:$280~320
