I'd say $420-$460 because you can build a new PC with similar or better specs for less than that new, actually...

I would say that rig is worth at least $500.  Since things are sold on eBay auction-style, I would start at $500 (or a little lower) and then let people fight over it.  If no one bites the line, lower the price. :)

Without OS or mouse, the system (new) comes out to $500. I don't think you'll find a buyer that high, especially when a 1050 Ti is only $6 away from this build

Used parts often drops value by about 10-20% unless supply and demand says so. Which doesn't really in this case.
