New computer problems.

I have just bought and built my new computer. But i ran into some problems. As i had installed windows 10 it could not open. It just stayed in the loading screen. The same day i have built another computer but it had not the same problems as the other one did. I have tried switching the SSD's from the working computer into the other but with no luck.

 

My computer specs:

GTX 1080 ti

i7-7700k

samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD

DDR4 2133MHz 16GB

MSI H270 Tomahawk Arctic

 

If someone could help me out on what to do i would be very appreciated.

Does the system seem to lock up when trying to boot Windows? i.e. the spinning circle stops moving.
