I would go with an AMD card 7870 or 7950 (wait for Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Boxing Day Sales)

You only really need 1600Mhz ram though.

Edit: Never mind price difference is so low you might as well go with the 2133Mhz kit.

my friend wants to play borderlands so that is why it is a 660

Is the system just for gaming?

For some perspective: 660 < 7850 < 7870 < 660 Ti < 760 < 7950
