is it possible to build a pc with $1100 us dollars which would be suitable for graphic design,video editing,photo editing,autocad(not much) ? If possible then please help by telling me the building materials.I mean which configuration will fulfill the budget but do work swiftly.

 

gaming is not an issue.

Just go for Ryzen 7 series you'll be good to go!, rest would settle in pcpartspicker and go for max frequency of RAM you can go for in your budget and use only SSD for boot drive, go for ADATA or Sandisk (kingston has trust issues) the cheapest SSD, yet powerful.
