would you please tell me more option for the mainboard at the same price range which is suitable. The mentioned model is not currently available in my area. Again please ensure me is ryzen 7 1700  would be a better option than 7700k. Cause both have a quite identical price tag in my area. I want a good one for video, photo editing, graphics design,AutoCAD(sometimes, not much),some bit of programming. These things ought to be considered for my build. But I have no idea at all since it is my first build. Again will the B250m motherboard be worthful?

thanks in advance.you guys really help me a lot.

you can use the rest $50 to buy a normal keyboard and mouse from local store. since you dont game, anything should work. And since you are on a budget, no fancy 4k monitor or beefy GPU.

would u pls recommend some other mainboard at this price range ? CZ it is not currently available at my area. Pls Recommend something that can do overclocking also fulfil my criteria. Don't mind pls if I am bothering you as I don't have a good knowledge. And my English is not that good.

all of the boards in the list can do OC. Asrock pro4 is a good option.
