Need Help With My GPU

Ok so I am using a MSI GT730 2GBDDR5 I dont know what the issue is but my OS (win10) will boot up to the main page (My home Screen) then go black and not display anything I know it is not the monitor because I am using it off my laptop with the same VGA cable and everything is it a driver issue or a hardware issue I bought the card just after Christmas this year from Newegg anything would help I dont want to bring it in and pay $50 for a repair at my local PC repair store.

Reinstall windows?

I bought my PC as a rebuilt referb PC I dont have the windows cd or key to re-install it

Use the Windows Media Creation tool to make a bootable USB flash drive with Windows...

Don't you have access to another PC?
