Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.

Brian (Swiftech Support): Hmm, have you tried slapping it?

I don't know what that guy is smoking, but from what I've read you can't, mainly because of the fact that it's missing the 5ghz spectrum for wifi.

I haven't seen a definitive yes or no on the matter, but one can infer from the specs that it will not support gamestream over wifi.  I have streamed to my Shield on a single 2.4 ghz band router and Crysis was barely playable.  However, the Shield has usb otg so you can plug in Ethernet via an adapter so maybe the same is possible with the Note 7.

EDIT: for clarity

i might be able to.. but not over wi-fi, at least effectively because it does not have the 5Ghz (faster) band. but some kind of Ethernet will be even better than wifi.. but this will limit the use of game streaming to the console mode.

So what do you guys think about the note 7? Im tempted to buy, i never had a tablet before but some things do makes me hesitate like, is 1gb ram REALLy enough?

How good IS the pen technolegy on it, is there a BETTER alternative around the same price tag, and ofc the same thing OP said, can it stream like the shield. Also does tablet work like phones or laptops? I never understood that part, can i surf on ot without wifi? Like i said, i have never used a tablet but iv notice i could use one. And 199 is nice.

Just read the toms hardware review, they state on the gaming section of the review " It's also important to point out that the Tegra Note 7 does not have Shield's GameStream feature, which works with a GeForce-equipped PC to stream games to the handheld via Wi-Fi. This is one of Shield's most remarkable selling points, and not having it on the Tegra Note 7 may disappoint ".

i was really hoping they would have put gamestream on the device. i would have purchased one if they did, you never know. they maty patch it in.
