"couldn't find directx 3d drivers" Is what she got when she tried to do the userbenchmark thing to Identify your pc parts and how they perform, we got her Harddrive,Ram and CPU but it said that and didn't show the Graphics card, Any help is appreciated, Thanks in advance! :)

Download DDU and wipe out all the video card drivers then fresh install them. I had this problem as well when I put a 2nd 1070 in my rig.
