I want to please know the best software to stress test my gpu. And I only want recommendations based upon experiences, not from an article or what you have heard.

Thanks.

The only proper stress test utility is FurMark. It pushes the GPU beyond what any game will ever do.

Although 3DMark FireStrike/TimeSpy is rather good too. Wouldn't really use Valley or Heaven for stressing though.

If your GPU used paper as VRM.

Jokes aside, any good GPU will have easily capable VRM for the amount of power that FurMark uses. Keep the card cool during the test and you'll have no issues.
