What is this PC used for? Do you need any peripherals, monitors, do you want a specific color scheme?

Be more specific than just "editing" or "gaming" btw

NO!

You gave no information at all. How is anyone supposed to help you build a computer, while you don't even know what you want to use it for! So: NO!!!

Rude.

8 core ryzen  because I'll assume you're doing more than only gaming. If you're only gaming, replace 1700/b250 with a 7700k/z270

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

What do you want to stream. Your webcam? What do you want to edit... Pictures in MS Paint?

Good FPS on CSGO is easy. Seems it's not that easy for BF1. Add moar. Also, other people asked about mouse/keyboard. But you could also add headgear to the question.

Good FPS through most games I don't need any peripherals since I already have them

A little over budget but this includes a 4K monitor:  https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/hMCqQV

A proper boot drive and additional storage for your content.

Ryzen 7 processor for multiple core utilization

Gtx 1070 for medium gaming on 4K and high on 1080p

34 GB of RAM

Wut.  I'm pretty sure a 960/1050 ti/RX 470 would be good

BF1

1060/ RX 480 for 1080p, 1070 for 1440p

Again, WHAT a 1050/RX 460 base would run that to super high FPS

Minecraft

I get nearly 700 FPS with my 1050 ti on maxed settings without optifine (with it you can go to 1100+)

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

I would get a x370 MoBo instead, and overclock the CPU to 3.7 GHz  or more for a good gaming experience as well as a good streaming PC. Other than that, WOW you got a lot in that PC! Could use some case fans though...

I am sure that the case comes with some fans, he can buy additional fans if he got extra cash

I already posted a build, but just wanted to give a few tips as well. If you're streaming, get Ryzen. Intel doesn't stand a chance here, even though you might not get the best gaming performance, it's still better. And if I were you, I'd get aio cooling and overclock as much as I can without changing the voltage (you can easily just skip to 3.7 GHz and either just take that, or try to get more power, of course, if you know what you are doing you can experiment and try to get the best performance you can) (if you do this, get a x370 mobo)

for storage, either get a big SSD for everything, or a small SSD for booting and the things you use the most (this should include CS:GO) and a HDD for everything else

other than that, do whatever you want! This PC is a beast and can run any programs you want. I wouldn't recommend playing conpetetive games in 4k if you want to stream at the same time though.
