1st time startup trouble

Hi i have just recieved and placed my i5 7500 into my pc and booted it up after i put the fan on, the problem is that the monitor keeps saying no signal no matter what display chord, hdmi, dvi, i hook up to it, i tried reseting the pc but that did t work! Is my pc stuffed!?!?!

that list didnt help and i even tried moving the ram slots, holding the power button dowb for over a minute and nothing works, i tried using my gpu and dedicated graphics/ motherboard with every chord including vga

you need to update your bios, because before the bios update your motherboard can support only 6000 intel chips

How do i update the bios when the comluter wont even display stuff on my screen???
