Custom loop program

Hey there, I'm mixing ideas for my new build and ive been trying to find a 2d or 3d program that allows you to sort of build a custom loop and see how it goes. I know you could technically do this in paint, but if anyone ever saw a program I would like to try it out. Thanks.

yeah i know that one, but its very specific to components. I dont know if theres one that lets you free roam a bit
