Shortened motherboard

I accidentally touched the motherboard in my PC (pre-built lenovo Thinkstation, working perfectly before) with a measure and it immediately turned off. Now when I try to turn it on not all fans start spinning(the one on the cpu does)  and the monitor doesn't show anything. There is no burnt spots. 
Any ideas what to do?

It's broken somewhere, possibly a chip. You won't be able to see this.

 

I was very lucky once, when I dropped a screw on my mobo. It burned (litteraly) my onboard audio. Got an USB soundcard (later PCI), and I could use it. But considering your problems, it sounds like it's broken... Bad.
