anyone use the function where you use geforce experience recommended settings for games.?

got my new 1080ti tried it got 8fps in dues ex.

lol.

no aa and it gets 60 fps how can gefore experience recommended setting screw this up so badly.

Well there has to be another issue. Going from 60 down to 8fps just because of AA isn't right. 

 

For me for example GFE recommended lowering some settings in Project Cars while I run it on ultra at 70-80fps. I don't know why I should turn down shit on my 60hz display. 

I always look for my own settings.

Sooooo many threads are created when GFE screws up performance completely.

 

IMO Never use the Nvidia optimization.

GFE is only good for drivers and recording features.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I stopped using GFE all together but especially the recommended settings, they're pretty garbage and you're better off setting them up yourself
