Best Forum UI!

Linus Tech Tips has the best user friendly forum I've ever used!

I especially like the post updates notification i get at the bottom right corner!

AND I JUST figured out there's a NIGHT MODE!

 

I've been to other forums that don't have half the features this one has!

 

Is this just me or has anyone used a similar UI in a forum??

Does any one know if Linus wrote this???

AFAIK Linus has very little to do with the forum. @Slick (Luke) would probably appreciate the compliment, and does almost all the forum work amongst LTT employees.

 

It really is a great UI, and it is structured in a way that makes it a very fast forum. (with the righthand side recent topics column) which I love.

(plus it keeps me hooked to the forum more than any other website on the internet, which is the end result any website wants to have.)

First of all, I totally agree. That's the main reason that this is the only tech forum I use regularly. 

Tom's hardware is the only one that I've found that's close. 

Luke does the most forum work of any of the LMG team.

I know!

I made an account on toms, and I didn't like as much.

I also just noticed the minimal exploitation of ADs!

I didn't know Luke coded this well!

Yeah, it's a piece of forum software that a website runs.
