Get a 1700 and b250 motherboard

spend money on a 1070

fit in a devastator 2 keyboard and mouse combo

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Personal Preference but. Cheaper CPU. Better GPU

And for Youtube, you'll need a bigger HDD/SSD 120GB Isn't enough for Games, Windows, Editing Software and Recorded Clips.

More RAM

Better PSU (that thing is a time bomb)

Other than that, you might save a bit of cash going 6700 and B150 or H110

Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

Solitaire.

the E3 1231v3 is an i7 4770 without an iGPU (performs at like 90% of the 7700 at like 60% of the price)

More RAM, bigger drives for videos

and a GTX 1070

Anyway I could cut down on the price so it's 900 with a monitor and keyboard since I used to use my laptop but it is not the best computer now a days

Drop the GPU to a RX480 8GB or 1060 6GB

Drop SSD and add later

But how could I adjust yours for that Same price range since it seemed pretty good even if I have to spend a little more I would take the better performance for a little more money.
