What if my desktop is in the bathroom? 

 

I'm sitting on an office type chair that's okay. The armrests have no cushioning, so that's a bit of a pain(pun intended).

Here's my throne. I treated myself with a used Aeron on craigslist and it's the best decision I've ever made about anything. The headrest was expensive but also worth every penny. Comfy couch? What's that?

Used to have an '70s high-end but simple tub chair. When it finaly was uncleanable, I took off the solid stainless steel legs. Made them shorter, and welded them to an actual real car chair. That's what I've been using for years.

 

Some issues I've had so far:

-ball joint pad style covers on the chair legs were worn out, so I've used some regular PVC piping to get it back together/usable.

-iron support bars to "hug my legs" cracked, welded it back together.

-added new foam on the bottom.

-fixed the bottom part, added new wires to support it all.

 

Yes, it looks like crap. But it just hugs me perfectly. I made this before the "gaming car style chairs" were a hot topic.

On my chair :D. (A black Ikea kind of "office" chair with wheels. Its confortable and does the work for around 50€)

Gaming chairs are trash. Used high end office chairs like the Steelcase Leap V2, Herman Miller Aeron, and luke Lafreniere's face are where it's at.

i use a $50 (i think thats how much it was) ikea office chair that my grandparents bought me  (thx grandma lmao)

Anybody have an opinion on office master om5, the one Linus reviewed. I like it and want to add in the headrest and memory foam seat and fabric back. Or would steelcase leap be much better it's 700 vs 1100
