need help choosing my WC parts

Hello to anybody out there.

I have a question about how I should watercool my system.

The componoments I want to cool are 1 fx6100 CPU and 1 hd 6870 GPU.

I have an haf 932 so I have enough space to play with.

I was thinking of a xspc 750 rasa rs360 (you can google it for info)

I am willing to spend up to 300 euros thats about 380 dollars.

Any help is welcome

You cannot really get full water blocks for 6870's - only universal blocks and such... so, pretty much a mess. :)

You can get a XSPC kit, 360 with that res and pump for about that price. :)

Get an RX360 radiator or a Black Ice SR-1, if you want silence.

Get an XPSC raystorm CPU block, if you want one with the best price to performance.

as always, get an MCP655 (D5) pump, or an MCP35X.

Which model 6870 have you got? Only cards with reference PCB's are compatible.

I checked it and i have a reference model pcb card.

I think I will go with the dual bay 750 pump/res (i think it is plenty)

The AMD version of the xspc raystorm cpu block

The gpu block from my second post

White tubing and crome fittings (the screwy versions not the barbs.)

Looks good! Nice that you found the full block in stock - when I was looking for mine, no one had them at the time...

If i want to go crossfirex with a extra hd 6870 (just dont say that i should buy a new one becouse it is not gonna happen soon and i can get an extra 6870 for 75 euros.)

If i add that second card should i need more radiator to keep it cool.

My goal is to keep it under 50 degrees (60 is fine also)

The 6870's under load do get pretty hot - but with my system I am able to keep both mine under 40C. I do have more rad though. I think with the one 360 rad and the two cards, ya, probably be running them in the mid 50' or even 60's. But, this is well within spec for those cards, and besides, you wouldn't have crazy loud GPU fans spinning away. :)
