Your computer will restart without warnings and can cause data loss if you didn't save a file or corruption sometimes. I like how the C70 has a cover on the reset button so you or your animal don't accidentally press it.

Hiting the reset key...whether it's a ball, paw, finger, steak....whatever the case may be...simply causes the motherboard to remove everything from RAM and POST again and reboot. If you're not writing information to any drives during the process, it will not cause data loss.
