R9 390X CS:GO BlackBars Issue!?

aRreNu17

Hi guys,

I know this question it's been up in the community since last years but after all threads i've read and all my attempts on trying to remove the black bars in CS:GO i couldn't find anything to solve it.

Right now i'm running the newest version 17.3 on a Windows 10 64bit,what do i have to do? :]

Does my GPU has a problem or something?

Thank you!

What is the resolution you are playing against?

Video settings  -> aspect ratio

change from 4:3 to 16:9

P.S. can you say what you've already tried?

qυoтe мe pleaѕe!

Apple employee: "Cheetah Fast. Lightning Fast. It's Really, really, fast."

Change to the resolution you want

You need either Windowed or Fullscreen to change these, Fullscreen Windowed will not allow you to change these settings, because it defaults to the native resolution :)

I'm trying to play in 4:3 instead of 16:9.Untill now i tried to play with a custom resolution 1290x960 so if i go with 4:3 and 1290x960 resolution,i'm getting black bars.

on radeon settings, gpu scalling OFF and full panel in scalling size or something (next to gpu scalling) and then you delete radeon csgo profile (games - delete csgo profile) analize there for new games and csgo should automatically add, click on csgo go to profile options and pick "full panel". There u go

I play on 1920x1440 4:3 stretched but I'm on the Nvidia side of things. Peek around for an option to force fullscreen in AMD setting thingys
