CHEAP EBAY DUAL TOWER CPU COOLER!

Hey guys check this out http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Copper-4-Heat-Pipe-CPU-Cooling-Cooler-Heatsink-Fan-for-Intel-LGA1150-775-AM3-AMD-/191999809862?hash=item2cb4149946:g:PQkAAOSwh2xYBZ3f

 

For only $31 aud this cooler looks too good to be true with 4 heat pipes and a dual tower config. The build quality looks average but as a dual tower it should be good?

 

What do you guys think, its worth or not so?

For $31 I would just get the CM 212 EVO or BeQuiet! Shadow Rock Slim which will be most likely way better.
