MIXER Without USB Connection

Lets say I bought this mixer, which doesn't have a USB connector. How do I setup my a microphone and headphones?

You're going to want a USB mixer if you're using this with a PC.

I have a USB Mixer. 302USB variant It does not have "phantom power", I'm using a power suppler to power my mic.

Sure. Are you actually using the mixer capabilities, or would a straight interface be a better fit?

I'm using the mixer, I want to start a podcast with my friends, I've got the mic, which is a Neweer NW-700.

But do you need a mixer or an interface? How are you using the mixer?

I'm using the mixer with the levels. Although the one I've got is limited. Also, I might add another Mic for when someone want's to talk with me.

But if you're only using this for a microphone then you're better off just getting an audio interface.

I've been using a focusrite scarlett 2i2 for years for just voice recording for music project more than happy. You don't really need the levels as you not doing live mixing, You should be fixing audio levels in editing
