Decided to go with this https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/GFZRyf

Its mainly dex's build, but with some minor touches

That motherboard might not work with that CPU.  The H110 chipset needs a BIOS updated to Kabylake specifications.  If it is not updated, you just bought a paperweight.  You need a working CPU to update the BIOS, and an updated BIOS to run the CPU.

The motherboard will not support the features of the 7600K, or the 3000MHz RAM.  You are wasting money on that CPU.  A 7500 will do fine.  You just downgraded a good amount on the CPU side, while managing to spend more.

The BeQuiet PureRock is a much better cooler, worth the $10.  https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/cwPzK8/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk009

..or this one for the same price:  https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/hyQRsY/be-quiet-pure-rock-slim-351-cfm-cpu-cooler-bk008

This one is under $20:  https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/JHV48d/deepcool-cpu-cooler-gammaxx300

Also, a 120mm fan for a front intake will be beneficial.
