Can you just run task manager and check the ram while you play? :)

Does anything else happen? I doubt it's anything thermal related.

RAM usage is just fine, just thinking about the mix of the sticks. Samsung RAM which came in a prebuilt PC from Lenovo and Crucial RAM bought after. Can this have anything to do with it?

Also, all thermals are okay. Running Intel Stock cooler (about 55 degrees celcius while playing H1Z1 KotK, GPU also around 55-60C). Not sure about RAM thermals, but they should be just fine.
