$25 GTS 250

I found a GTS 250 1GB for sale in my area but I was wondering whether MYR 120 or around USD 25 before negotiation and was wondering whether its a good deal. 

 

Also just wondering, would it be better than my intergrated graphics in my i5 3550 in Premiere Pro CC with YouTube preset?

Yes that's a pretty good deal and it would be better than you integrated graphics

For what you are doing there would be not much of a noticeable difference.

It won't offer a significant improvement. See if you can find an old Quadro instead; they're designed for this.
