Expand iPad storage

With Netflix now allowing users to download their shows, storage has now become a larger issue on IOS devices. So if I was to buy this,

Would the netflix downloads load onto it, or still just the internal storage? The same goes for movies off of iTunes. I know you can select the download location on android, but is there a way to do that on IOS?

IOS doesn't have adaptable storage fyi.

Nope. You can't. You're only choice is to get an iPad with a larger storage. Also, not all movies and TV shows are available for offline download at the moment.
