Most GPUs safe running temps under load is 85-90 degrees so your card should be fine, however if it's going above 95-105 degrees then your card should shutdown to prevent overheating, you could try cleaning the heat sink (as large amounts of duct can affect cooling) with some compressed air or reapplying the thermal paste in the GPU is your really worried about it.
