So Nvidia geforce released an article detailing the various settings you can fool around with at your heart's content

- firstly, you can turn off chromatic aberration and film grain (!)

- ME andromeda also delivers HDR, which very few PC games have. so if you have an HDR-capable monitor or TV, you can enjoy HDR viewing
