Computer refuses to connect

Last night my PC was connected to the Internet wirelessly with a Linksys WMP300N. Everything was fine. I woke up this morning, and it was disconnected. My phone is connected, my Windows 10 Chromebook is connected, my media PC is connected, and my dual Xeon NAS is connected, but my gaming PC refuses to connect. I'm tethering my phone (SGS4 with Cyanogenmod 4.4.4) for now but I can't keep doing that. 

 

I go to enter the password, hit OK, and it says the password is incorrect. I've 'forgotten' the network and it still insists on not connecting. resetting the adapter doesn't work and neither does putting it in another PCI slot.

Reset the router password (simply just set it to a random thing, then change it back) I have this issue all the time with my ISP provided router. iPads, phones etc won't connect, this solution works for me

I did a full system restore and that didn't work, for some reason some service or other was disabled. I opened System Configuration and re-enabled everything and now it works.

Finally figured out the whole problem. The adapter was set to 802.11 /a/b, not /a/b/g/n.
