Rainbow screen safe to use?

it is probably safe to use, that being said it might be on last legs now, so you might need a new phone soon, or it could be a tiny issue and it'll last another couple of years

Ok, So i wasent thinking about what i was doing while taking my iPhone apart and instead of trying to take the back of i was trying to take the screen of...

I only noticed this when I heard a rip of sorts, Now the bottom left of my screen is a rainbow.

 

This might be a stupid question but is it still safe to use?

honestly, buy a new screen and use a guide from ifixit to replace the screen.

aye that might be a possibility, or he could maybe get a new phone, depending on what is his budget for that option though
