Overclocking not working

I have a athlon x4 860k(i know its trash) and have been trying to overclock it to squeeze the most performance I can out of it I have the Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3HP motherboard which has overclocking options in the bios but it won't let me change the settings from auto to anything else on the core clock or the voltage. I just hit enter or click on the option and it doesn't even bring up a menu to choose an option from and the clock speed option is grayed out and i can't select it same for ram. am I doing something wrong or missing some option please help i need all the speed i can get.

Try changing the base clock.

that's the setting that's grayed out

Can you make a screenshot of the OC section of BIOS?

here is the main screen overclocking settings are spread out under the other categories most cpu settings are under Advanced frequency settings   

 

here is advanced frequency settings(there is no processor graphics clock this is from a youtube video i am not currently able to use my pc it is at home i am not)
