Experienced Price Checker for 980ti SLI Hybird

So my friend she was interested in this bidding until the 1080Ti Launch on March 2nd, she couldn't get the pre-order and now crying about not putting a bid on this 980ti SLI with hybird, I am trying to convince her and open her mind, I kinda like her?????  SOOO, what should I say about this piece sold at this price?  Was it worth it?  Even in the long run? How much would it be?   Please HELP me GRIND some loveeeee.

but I'd say take 1070 Hybrid prices and minus around 50-100 depending on how much the card has been pushed

could of got a 1080 from evga, joined the step up program and pay the difference for a 1080ti. not much ya can do bud.

That's a damn good deal, but the 1080Ti is better than 980Ti SLI.

 

Tell her you'll buy her a 1080Ti if she lets you smash

Say that it's fine that the deal was missed, and that SLI sucks sometimes anyway. say that the 1080Ti's better anyway in the long run, and that she'll get one soon enough.
