Can you try defining why you feel guilty when that occurs?

So, I feel guilty when:

-People spend a lot of money for me (Reason: Spending a lot of money for me seems...wasteful)

-I ask for something, but the grudgingly say yes (Reason: They don't agree with my choice, therefore I feel guilty. I made someone buy something that they don't agree on)

Do something nice or helpful in return and you won't feel guilty anymore.

All the time. You just need to accept that sometimes you do deserve good things and indulgences and don't need to feel guilty about that.

Maybe I'm diving too deep into psychology here, but do you feel you're not worth the money spent on getting you something? Or to be spent on?

Other than that I'd just say accept it and don't make a deal about not wanting it(friend of mine does that), just say thanks and do something nice in return.
