GPU usuage at 25% at startup

Recently i noticed that my GPU was some reason at 25% usage at desktop where as before it would always be in single digits. I tried Doing a full scan of my system as it had not been done in a month and found nothing no threats or anything detected. Does anyone know what could be causing this. Thanks again
