Silent Cases

How much warmer are temps in silent cases compared to standard or high air-flow cases? The silent case I'm looking at is a mid-tower case.

I have the Define S from fractal, it has 3 fans in the front, and i dont see temps really high even while gaming. I got the GTX 1070 and 4790k currently in my rig. case temps are low, and also the case is inaudible

It depends heavily on the quality of the fans.

I'm going with Noctua fans so it should be ok.
