is there such thing as a 4k 120 or 140hz 1ms monitor?

Not at the moment because even the 1080Ti and Titan XP aren't always stable at 4K 60Hz. Higher refresh rates at 4K will come though.

Yeah, I think asus showed a 4k 144 hz g sync hdr monitor at CES. It's not out yet, though.
