Upgrading my build in a few days budget is $500 can strech to 600 but prefer to stick to 500ish Canadian

 

Make sure to use Canadian PCPP

 

Current specs are 

 

i7-4770 w/ stock cooler

GT 635

12GB RAM

1TB Seagate Barracuda

Dell XPS 8700 Case

 

 

Need

 

New GPU

New SSD over 400GB

 

 

GPU needs to take 2x6pin or come with a 2x6pin to 8 pin

Dont get an SSD yet and just go for a 1070.

You completly forgot about it, meaning either you want a less powerful card or you genuinely forgot about it?

 

EDIT- Im stupid... Get the rx480 or the 1060 if you dont wanna spend that much on a gpu (the rx480 is IMO a better choice.)

you should try looking at the second hand market as where i live anyway iv'e noticed 1080s being sold very very cheap, in some cases $350 USD

I didn't think i could afford it while also getting a SSD, trade off might be worth it but on a cheapo 1080p 60hz i rather just go with a 480 and a SSD

Go with this- I dont know why you need a 400gb ssd when you already have a 1TB hdd
