Well the one you've put in the list is good, but you can also get a H110I and a H115I. If you want to do a custom CPU loop then an EK X360 kit which has all of the parts you need in the box.

Well, I have 1 thing to say. Your build here doesn't even use up 500 watts, yet you have an HX1000i. I would recommend an HX750i, as it is cheaper and gives you some room for upgrading while still maintaining the higher wattage.

Also, you should get a Corsair H115i. It's 25 dollars more, and I think it's better.

One more thing: You have a water cooling case. Watercool your gpu too. Trust me.

While I'm here, let me say this. This is a MASSIVE case. You can fit a 2 cpu mobo and 4 huge gpus in here with plenty of breathing room for water cooling and such. It's really a waste if you don't utilize it. It's big and expensive, and if you are going to have a small gpu in there, it really defeats the purpose. Also, you have 700 gigabytes. This thing has 9 hard drive slots. Good luck on it though, it's a pretty sexy computer.

You're on a budget but you are open to a custom loop?

Anyways, MSI SeaHawk is good. I recommend this one: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16814127946

Like I said, the Corsair H115i would be better, plus with a lower wattage psu, you could easily afford this.

Good luck on your build.
