Nice , but question , if i buy a tier 1 PSU like EVGA or CoolerMaster , how do i know that it will fit my case or have the right plug ins for my Motherboard/VideoCard? the right pings for it , are the PSU universal? or are they for specific cases and stuff  , and if  they arent  , could you recommend me a PSU for my case/Motherboard/GPu? , i currently own a Raidmax Horus ATX-322WB ,

All PSU's have dedicated cables for motherboards and GPU.

The PSU's are, as you said, universal. ESPECIALLY at tier 1, you get what you pay for.

I can use my EVGA G2 (tier 1) paired with my GTX 1080 and swap it out for an older GTX 460 with the same power cord.

The only thing you'll have to keep in mind is basically the labels on the cables.

VGA=GPU
CPU=MOTHERBOARD HEADER
MOTHERBOARD=MOTHERBOARD

Getting it wrong is pretty hard. It's like those kindergarden puzzles, circle goes to circle, square to square.

As for your PSU, please get a new one. That one is most likely tier6/7.

On that Tier list I recommend everything from Tier 3 and up.

The GRAY labeled CXM series from corsair seem to be a popular "budget" choice nowadays, it's tier 3 and is reliable.

NOT THE GREEN, they are trash.

Hey, i need help figuring out whats wrong with my build , or if theres anything i need to upgrade, I currently like playing alot of nvidia based games , but my performance tends to stutter alot,

games like Arma 3, DayZ , H1Z1 , The Division , have a hard time trying to render areas , or one quick look at a big building any frames begin to drop , why is that?

This is what i currently Own for my rig , and need figureing out what to upgrade to fix these problems.

GPU = AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390

CPU = Intel I5-4590 3.30 GHz (4Cores)

PWS = 800w (Off Brand) Upgrading that soon.

RAM = 12Gb GSKILL

MotherBoard = Z87-GD65 GAMING

HardDrive = WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB , 2 Years old.

Monitor = Hp Pavilion 22bw 60Hz

Any info on upgrading something would be a very big help!.

Upgrade the PSU as soon as possible. I think that might be the problem.

The PSU can't deliver enough power. Choose any PSU from tier 1 to tier 3.

What would be a good brand and watts to support them? and how do i know that it really is the PSU thats causing the problem?

The CPU and GPU are more than capable so my guess is the PSU. Look at any PSU at or over 500W in this link

Tier 1 - Amazing

Tier 7 - Shit

Look above Tier 4

The psus are universal, there are 2 main standards ATX and SFX, but basically any psu is ATX. Some low wattage and crappy units don't come with gpu power, but basically everything in the 500W - 800W range from reputable brands come with everything you need.

That's definetly a good pick, it's that exact one I have!

Fully modular, which means you can plug in what you need and save the other cables for better management.

It'll serve you well.

I do think you'll do fine with a 650W though. 850w is overkill for me and I have a GTX 1080 paired with a heavily overclocked 5820K.

Maxed out I'm at a 650w ish powerdraw.

But if you want extra room.. Like alot of extra room, the 850w is a good choice.
