Need help with Chosing Pc parts!

Hi, guys I need some help building a computer, It is mainly for medium gaming and occasional streaming. I have most of it down, but i need help balancing my BUDGET OF $1500 (not firm max i would push it is $200 more) . The theme is RGB LEDs or blue/black for suttle things. Anything can help. Here are theparts I am for sure interested in buying...

mobo:Asus STRIX Z270-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

heres the good shiit below

$340 cpu: 7700k

$(tbd)-cpu cooler- : an aio water cooled one (preferably from corsair OR nzxt)

$(tbd)-ram- : idk (I need 16gb high-speed ram  for now- if in budget i would love led ram, but is also a plausible thing to upgrade in the future)

$(tbd)-storage- : A high performance to value m.2 nvme SSD (must be under 200$) and 500 gigs or more (i don't need a hard drive)

$444 VIDEO CARD: gtx 1070, i would like this one... Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Xtreme Gaming Video Card

$140 case: Corsair Crystal 460X RGB ATX Mid Tower Case

$( tbd ) -Power supply-: Something that is GOLD rated, MODULAR, SLEEVED CABLES, and 600-800 watts (i may do sli one day)

$( tbd )- Rgb strips- : Have to be compatible with motherboard and aurora sync

Total without the unknown parts is... $930

With everything that u have chosen out, you have a budget of about $500-$700 to spend on the rest of the parts, READY... SET... GO?... find me adequate hardware for my money needs!

:)

Thank you for your time and giving me help,

Chris

I would go with the TridentZ RGB RAM but that is super expensive right now. The G2 SuperNOVA stated above is good. I believe he means the x52 by NZXT, but if he doesn't I would recommend the x52 for best RGB.

X51 is the last generation with a limited budget, the x52/x62 isn't worth the price difference

X52 is worth it. He's going for a bling aesthetics build, price/perfomance is out the window anyhow.

idk

Who is the x62 for it looks just as nice but is slightly bigger and more expensive. Would x62 be worth it?
