Aer RGB from NZXT or SP120 RGB from Corsair? Or maybe there are better options? Which one would yo recommend?

Those seem nice, even though they're not RGB. Are they ideal for radiators AND airflow?

Yes theyre slightly more SP optimized than airflow, but apparently theyre pretty quiet
