Does this cpu work with this motherboard?

So i have a question. Does this motherboard work with the G4560?

It's not on the support list, but they are compatiable according to part-picker.

i7 7700K @ 4.8 Ghz (Kraken x52 aio cooler)

EVGA GTX 980 SC

Phanteks Eclipse P400

Acer 144 hz monitor

You're just going to have to do a bios update which is really easy with asus boards

Then howcome they don't mention this cpu on their support page? I don't see any bios-update that will make it support sky lake.

No it's not. You need a Skylake cpu. Only board with BIOS Flash back (which are usually high end ones) support BIOS update without the cpu
