70D or Phantom 4 Refurbished?

Hi guys, I need something new.

In the past all I've used was the 5D Mark II (which is not mine) and now that I don't have access to that camera anymore, I'm thinking about buying my own gear.

 

Both the Canon EOS 70D and the DJI Phantom 4 Refurbished cost 800 USD in my country. Which one should I buy first?

 

I could live with DJI Phantom 4 + my OnePlus 3 camera, but the 70D has been on my wish list for like years.

I can't really tell you which to buy first, as it all really comes down to personal preference.  In my case I'd go for the 70D, because, while drones are cool and all, I feel like they don't have any real use for consumers and are more of just a fad.  Just my personal opinion though.

Which one do you think you'll end up using more?  Drones have regulations on where and when you can fly them.  Cameras on the other hand have almost no regulations and you can use them almost anywhere.  So think about these things.

I prefer 70D cus you can bring it more.. also if you can, try buying the 80D. a drone is cool but you have to be in the right weather and spot, and the footage is basically "the same" you can experiment more with a DLSR camera
