Minecraft FPS Issues

RAM555789

So currently I am using a dell laptop, with an i7 (forget the model but I think it might be an i7 2600HQ. I do know it can handle more intensive games like Arma 3 or Rust at decent fps rates) and a 960m. I have tried the 1.7.10 DW20 pack and the 1.6.4 DW20 and tried allocating 2.5 and 4gb and each time its I've been getting only around 14fps. On vanilla Minecraft I have been getting around 20ish fps on 1.11 and the fps jsut seems way to low for the spcs I have and the games I am able to run. My java is the most up to date.

Apple employee: "Cheetah Fast. Lightning Fast. It's Really, really, fast."

might be a render range being like 64 or above thingys (can't remember what they are called) which might cause issues if that's not the case yea Natsoups solution should help, if not fix it

The owner of "too many" computers, called

The Lord of all Toasters (1920X 1080ti 32GB)

The Toasted Controller (i5 4670, R9 380, 24GB)

The Semi Portable Toastie machine (i7 3612QM (was an i3) intel HD 4000 16GB)'

Bread and Butter Pudding (i7 7700HQ, 1050ti, 16GB)

Pinoutbutter Sandwhich (raspberry pi 3 B)

The Portable Slice of Bread (N270, HAHAHA, 2GB)

Muffinator (C2D E6600, Geforce 8400, 6GB, 8X2TB HDD)

Toastbuster (WIP, should be cool)

loaf and let dough (A printer that doesn't print black ink)

The Cheese Toastie (C2D (of some sort), GTX 760, 3GB, win XP gaming machine)

The Toaster (C2D, intel HD, 4GB, 2X1TB NAS)

Matter of Loaf and death (some old shitty AMD laptop)

windybread (4X E5470, intel HD, 32GB ECC) (use coming soon, maybe)

And more, several more

No I have lowered the render range down to around 10-12 and that is not helping, I have not been back to my barracks yet to try Natsoups soultion. I won't be able to test it till like 7pm tonight.

FPS rocketed up to 30+ when rendering a world before settings are changed,  and higher as it settled and I messed with some settings.
