Cpu fan choice?

I am planning to do a test bench like setup for my next pc build and I was wondering which cpu fans are most efficient for covering the cpu

Really wouldn't recommend a test bench for a daily PC, maybe get like a HAF XB EVO or something which is a test bench like case

in any case if you just want a lot of fans, then a 120mm fan 4 pack most likely, possibly with a Sentry Mix 2 fan controller

212 Evo should be enough. Or something with similar price. But if you have bigger budget, Cryorig H5 might be the one to pick.
