Best LGA 1151 Motherboard (by way of value)? [Solved]

I am searching for a new motherboard atm. I was wondering what motherboard you guys would recommend since the motherboard market is kinda crowded and there are way too many features of which I don't know if I want them. The features I know I want are: Overclockability (so a z or x type chipset right?) and 6 3.5mm audioports on the back for 7.1 surround, a rgb header would be nice, but is not necessary. I have found some motherboards but I would love to see what you all will recommend. My maximum in price is about €150,- (about $160,-), tell me if there are no good motherboards in this pricerange, but I will find it hard to believe I think.

ps. I don't speak English natively so sorry if I made mistakes.

Generally Asrock has the best overclocking boards, and lucky us good pricing to come with it.

Good board under the 150€ would be the Extreme 4 but if you are able to get extra 15€ I would strongly recommend the Fatal1ty K6, has better power system.

Cool, but I notice the 6th audio output on the back is a digital S/PDIF, do you know the difference between this and a normal 3.5mm jack? I have a 7.1 setup in my room with the Green, Orange, Black and Grey 3.5mm audio jack. Is this last digital output the same as the grey audioport or is it something totally different? If you don't know I will make a new post with just that question :)

Edit: I got a good reply here: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/744635-how-does-a-digital-spdif-port-work/ Seems like I need the 6 3.5mm ports if I want to use my 7.1 set.
