According to the manual it only has one CPU fan header and one chassis fan header. If you want to connect all of the fans to the motherboard i would buy a fan-hub. It takes the one existing chassis fan header and turns it in to usually 5 or more (depends on wich one you get), and if you get one that supports PWM fan controll, you can controll the fans from your computer.

The motherboard has 2 USB 2.0 connectors, but the case has one USB 2.0 and one 3.0. If you get an adapter that goes from USB 3.0 to 2.0 you'll be able to connect the front panel USB connectors up. Alltough you will not get the full speed of the 3.0, it will atleast work.

I have that exact case.  It's good for the money, but I really wish they hadn't discontinued the Antec 300 Illusion I used in my mast build...

Anyway...the top 2 fans use a molex power, and are connected to a 2 speed fan controller on the top panel.  The front fans, likewise, are connected to molex connectors.  You will be fine with the 1 cpu and 1 case fan header on the mobo.

As for the USB connections, it's odd that your mobo doesn't have a USB 2.0 header, however, the case has 1 USB 3.0 with the 2 USB 2.0 ports on the top.  If 2.0 isn't a concern for you, just plug in the 3.0 cable and ignore the other two.  Or as Sammy suggested, find an adapter of some sort.

I replaced all of the fans in mine with Arctic F12 PWM PST fans.  PST allows the fans to piggy-back on each other, up to 4 on a single mobo header.  They're quieter, and more powerful than the Zalmann fans that came with the case, PLUS they get even quieter, basically dead silent, at idle, as the mobo slows them down when not needed.  Amazon sells a set of 5 for about $27. http://a.co/3R0xNZI
